When and where do we meet?
Veterans Treatment Court meets every Friday at 9:30 a.m. in Courtroom 6100
Our meeting location is Cobb Superior Court, 70 Haynes Street, Marietta, GA 30090-9642
About our phases.
There are 5 phases to the program with varying degrees of treatment, supervision and drug screening. All participants will be expected to be randomly drug screened at least 1-2 times per week. Each veteran is financially responsible for a portion of his or her treatment at $25.00 per week.
The program is a minimum of 18 months and maintains the following time frame for treatment:
Phase Duration.
Each Participant will move through the following phases for the duration listed below.
- Phase One: Minimum of 2 months
- Phase Two: Minimum of 4 months
- Phase Three: Minimum of 5 months
- Phase Four: Minimum of 6 months
- Phase Five: Minimum of 1 month
Meeting Times.
Each Participant will be required to attend court sessions as follows:
- Phase One: Every Week
- Phase Two: Every Week
- Phase Three: 1st and 3rd Friday of the month
- Phase Four: 2nd and 4th Friday of the month
- Phase Five: 2nd Friday of the month
